Not your average smudge stick!

Herbs have been used for generations to clear negative energy, airborne bacteria and create a harmonious living environment. Our smudge sticks are made with home grown herbs, flowers, crystals and organic ingredients to create the perfect bundle.

What will you need?

Heat proof bowl

Sand or clean dirt

Lighter or matches

How to use: Simply light the top of the smudge stick until you have a decent amount of smoke coming from the stick. Waving your hand gently, allow the smoke to fill the area you are wishing to clear. Move around the area/house ensuring that you are also smudging the corners. We personally smudge with our windows open to allow energy to flow from the area however others will smudge with the doors/windows closed, this is personal preference. Once completed simply extinguish the smudge stick into the sand/dirt in your bowl and put aside.

Smudge sticks can be used multiple times until complete.

Rosemary, sage Californian white sage, bay leaves, lavender, calendula flowers, chamomile flowers, hibiscus, chrysanthemum flowers, jasmine bud , citrus and rosemary essential oil, sprayed with smudge spray, wrapped in hemp with roses and crystals.
